McIvor Constructions is a family-run construction company that started in Brisbane in 1998. Builder and sole director Scott McIvor has over thirty years’ experience in construction.
In that time Scott has built family homes, commercial and residential units, townhouses, duplexes, renovations and extensions — including architectural and character homes, in collaboration with award-winning Brisbane architects.
Scott works closely with clients early in the design process, overseeing town planning requirements, council approvals, structural engineering, hydraulics design and costings. This keeps the project efficient, on budget and high in end-product value.
McIvor Constructions is the principal contractor, managing delivery of the project by closely overseeing the work of employees, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, town planners and other consultants.
